1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyFastFoward (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. AI Disclaimer

Important Notice

Reports generated by MyFastFoward are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of income. Income projections are illustrative estimates based on typical outcomes — individual results will vary significantly based on effort, market conditions, skills, and many other factors outside our control.

We are not licensed financial advisors. Always conduct your own due diligence before making significant financial or career decisions.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • The report bundle is a one-time purchase of $20 USD.
  • Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
  • Due to the instant digital delivery of AI-generated content, refunds are not available once reports have been generated.
  • If reports fail to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will either regenerate them or issue a full refund. Contact support@myfastfoward.com.

4. Community Subscription

  • Community access is available on a monthly subscription of $15 USD/month.
  • New subscribers receive a one-time free trial period (30 days minimum).
  • The free trial is available once per user, per account. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple trials is prohibited.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — no lock-in.
  • Referrers who earn free months through referrals have those months applied to their next renewal at the start of their subscription.

5. Referral Program

  • When someone uses your referral link and completes a purchase, you earn 2 free months of community access.
  • The referred user receives a $5 discount on their report bundle.
  • Free months do not expire and accumulate for future renewals.
  • Referral rewards may not be exchanged for cash.
  • We reserve the right to void referrals made through self-referral, artificial means, or abuse of the system.

6. Data Use Consent

By submitting your assessment, you consent to your responses being processed by Anthropic's AI to generate your reports. If you upload documents, you additionally consent to the extracted text being processed for personalization. You retain ownership of all data you submit. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to submit false information, create multiple accounts to abuse the trial policy, or attempt to manipulate AI outputs through prompt injection in uploaded documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFastFoward's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
